About this role
The Special Education Department is seeking an Office Professional III Budget Coordinator to support the Special Education Budget Supervisor. This position will provide Office Professional support for the Special Education Budget Supervisor. Candidates will need to have the ability to coordinate numerous activities simultaneously to meet defined timelines. Experience in data entry, spreadsheet formulas, and basic accounting duties is desired. Candidates will need to possess a courteous, positive, service-oriented attitude and the ability to work as a team in a diverse workplace supporting district and school programs. Job duties include:
• On-site clerical support - Budget Supervisor
• TMA/DLT
• Contracts: Vendors/Students/Parent Mileage Reimbursement
• Travel plans & conference registration
• Bookkeeper/Supply Orders
• Staffing Folder Management
• ASL & World language interpreters (scheduling, timesheets, and invoices)
