About this role

As an Early Childhood Education Coach, you will walk alongside our teaching staff, celebrating their strengths and mentoring them through challenges to ensure every classroom thrives and every child succeeds. What You Will Do -Mentor and Support: Build trusting, strengths-based relationships with teachers to boost classroom quality. -Guide Learning: Help staff plan age-appropriate activities and design engaging indoor and outdoor environments. -Observe and Feedback: Conduct classroom observations with program tools and offer supportive verbal and written feedback. -Facilitate Growth: Plan individual and group professional development sessions. -Collaborate Widely: Partner with families, education management, health, mental health, and disabilities services staff. What You Bring -Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field. Three years of preschool teaching experience (adult mentoring or coaching background preferred). -Core Skills: Problem-solving, conflict resolution, and a passion for continuous learning. -Community Connection: Ability to build strong bonds with diverse families while respecting professional boundaries. -Requirements: Clean criminal history check and required TB tests.
