Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Grade 4 Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be committed to fostering a love for learning and helping students develop essential skills. This role involves creating engaging and effective learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs of our fifth-grade students. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the district's curriculum and best practices in elementary education.

• Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that supports the physical and emotional well-being of all students.

• Utilize a variety of instructional strategies to engage students in meaningful learning experiences.

• Foster critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and creativity among students.

• Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.

• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the community to support student learning and development.

• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices and standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid Connecticut State Department of Education (CTDOE) certification in Elementary Education, 1–6 (305).

• Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or a related field.

• Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching strategies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.

• Commitment to continuous professional growth and development.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with technology integration in the classroom.

• Experience working in a diverse and inclusive educational setting.
