About this role
This position is for the 2026-2027 school year. Job Classification: Certified 10-month (190-day contract) Reports to: School Principal Pay Scale: Classified Salary Schedule The individual must have or be eligible to hold a Georgia Paraprofessional License issued by the Georgia Professional Standards Commission (GaPSC). Qualifications: A minimum of two years of college credit OR a high school diploma and a passing score on the GACE Paraprofessional assessment test are required. Experience working with young children is preferred. JOB DESCRIPTION: Working under the direction of a certified teacher, provide support services to the classroom including:
• Prepare instructional materials
• Instruct/supervise students
• Perform clerical tasks
• All other duties as assigned
