Job Goal: Assist the head coach with practice and meets
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsibility for planning, organizing and administering the boy's soccer program
• Selection of team members
• Supervision of all practice and training activities
• Willingness to spend afternoon and evening time in team activities
• Work under the direction and supervision of the Head Coach and Athletic Director
Qualifications:
• Successful coaching experience preferably at the high school level
• Strong knowledge of all aspects of soccer
• Belief in a well-rounded high school sports program
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to motivate and relate in a positive manner to students, parents, staff and the community
• Good planning, organization and administrative skills
