TITLE: Electrician Journeyman QUALIFICATIONS: • Must have a current journeyman's license. • Must have a current driver's license. • Working knowledge of commercial installations and have experience with trouble shooting. • Be able to understand blue prints. • Must be physically fit. • Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable. REPORTS TO: Lead Electrician PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES: • Must follow orders of the department head and do work orders assigned without question and be able to perform the task in a safe manner. • Capable of running a crew to get jobs done in a timely,safe,and constructive manner. • Performs such other tasks as may be assigned. TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Twelve-month basis. Salary to be established by the Board of Education EVALUATION: Perfomance of this job will be evaluated annually in accordance with provisions of the Board's policy.
