Certified in Administration Previous administration experience required Experience with state assessment systems and online testing platforms. Experience analyzing and presenting student assessment data. Knowledge of Cognos reports Knowledge of federal and state accountability requirements. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate complex district-wide activities Job Summary: The District Test Coordinator/Curriculum Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, administering, monitoring, and reporting all district, state, and federally required student assessments. The coordinator ensures that testing programs are implemented accurately, securely, and in accordance with state and federal regulations, testing vendor requirements, and district policies. This position works closely with school administrators, building test coordinators, teachers, counselors, technology staff, district leadership, and state assessment officials to ensure a consistent and compliant assessment program across all schools. The coordinator should stay current with changes in assessment legislation, regulations, policies and best practices involving curriculum, instruction, accountability and continuous improvement. The coordinator will be responsible for developing and delivering training for school testing coordinators, administrators, teachers and other staff. The coordinator will prepare assessment procedures and reference materials for each building. In addition, as the curriculum coordinator, this person will be responsible for working with building facilitators and building administrators in aligning standards, assessing curriculum needs and conducting classroom observations. The District Test Coordinator is expected to maintain the highest standards of assessment integrity, confidentiality, accuracy, professionalism, and regulatory compliance while providing responsive support to schools and district stakeholders.
