Job summary We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, reliable, highly motivated individual with experience in Primary Care to the role of Nurse Associate.The Nurse Associate works within their scope of practice in accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) Code. Main duties of the job The Nurse Associate will: Undertake and record clinical observations including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, oxygen saturation, height, weight, BMI and urinalysis. Perform venepuncture, capillary blood sampling and other diagnostic procedures. Carry out ECGs. Deliver wound care including dressings, suture removal and basic wound assessment. Administer injections as delegated and within scope of practice. Support patient chronic disease reviews and monitoring (e.g. asthma, COPD, diabetes, hypertension) under supervision.
