Main duties of the job This role offers a fantastic opportunity to specialise in digital and technology procurement, helping to shape the future of how we source and manage critical services that support NHS Resolution. You will manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for a diverse portfolio of contracts, primarily focused on digital and technology but with opportunities to support other business areas.
As a key member of the team, you'll work collaboratively with technical experts and senior stakeholders, providing expert advice and ensuring we achieve value for money while maintaining full regulatory compliance. Your ability to build strong relationships and navigate complex commercial landscapes will be crucial to your success.

What You’ll Be Doing
Leading on a variety of digital and technology procurement projects. Providing expert advice on procurement and compliance with public sector regulations. Drafting tender documents, managing evaluations, and negotiating with suppliers. Building and maintaining our contracts database and producing insightful reports. Championing procurement best practice across the organisation. What You’ll Bring
Proven experience managing invitation to tenders within the UK public sector. Experience of procurement in the Digital and Technology category. A solid understanding of UK procurement legislation, including the Public Contract Regulations 2015 and the Procurement Act 2023. Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
