BPAS is looking for a Media and Campaigns Assistant to provide dedicated support across media relations, campaign delivery, supporter engagement and fundraising administration.
Working closely with the Media and Campaigns Manager, Head of Campaigns and Communications and wider Strategic Communications directorate, you will provide operational and administrative support across multiple areas of work.
The role
This is an opportunity for someone looking to develop their experience across communications, media, campaigning and fundraising. You will support the day-to-day operation of the press office, maintain media contacts and supporter databases, and monitor media and campaign activity to produce reports and insights.
You will also support the delivery of email campaigns through Mailchimp, including scheduling, audience segmentation, A/B testing and performance analysis. Alongside this, you will assist with campaign activity, events and supporter engagement, as well as providing administrative support for fundraising initiatives and responding to donor enquiries.
This is a permanent, full time position working 36 hours per week over Monday to Friday. A hybrid role where you will work 1 day a week from our London office and the remaining from home.

We're looking for someone with experience in communications, campaigning, media, fundraising or supporter engagement, alongside experience providing administrative support within a professional environment. You will be confident using digital communications tools, databases and email platforms, with good IT skills including Microsoft Office.
You'll have strong writing and communication skills, excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. You will be able to manage multiple priorities, analyse information and produce clear reports and summaries.

Location Hybrid - 4 days working from home. 1 day working from our London Office: 10 Union Street, SE1 1SZ London
Salary £31,199 - £34,608 per annum depending on skills and experience. This salary is inclusive of Inner London Weighting.
Hours 36 hours per week | Monday to Thursday 09:00-17:00 and Friday 09:00-15:30
