QualificationsRequirements Continued... Major DutiesSome of the major duties you will perform include but are not limited to the following: Assigns work and provides technical guidance to employees, including assistance with difficult tasks. Communicates expectations, supports management programs, and addresses employee performance, training, and conduct issues. Performs a wide range of carpentry tasks, including framing, sheetrock installation/repair, finish carpentry, and construction/repair of siding, boardwalks, and tent platforms. Reads and applies building plans, blueprints, and sketches to perform construction tasks. Uses facility management software to document work orders, labor, and material costs.RequirementsMust provide proof of U.S. citizenship. Appointment subject to background investigation and favorable adjudication. Males born after 12-31-59 must be registered for Selective Service. Direct Deposit participation required.
