A qualified candidate must possess the following: 1. Possess math skills necessary to calculate patron bills and take inventory. 2. Skill in mixing and serving alcoholic and/or nonalcoholic beverages. 3. Have the ability to follow oral and written instructions in English and possess basic math skills.
Major DutiesPerforms a variety of tasks performing several steps or sequences of tasks that require attention to work operations in a kitchen or dining area following established procedures.Operates a cash register. Cleans kitchen utensils, pots, pans, storage containers, as well as sweeping and mopping the floor.May operate a beverage (alcoholic and/or non-alcoholic) cart on the golf course, working independently, to include loading and unloading the beverage cart in accordance with set standards.Performs other duties as assigned.
