Job SummaryYou will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST on the C-130 or V-22 Fleet Support Team (FST) as the Operations Lead for the FST Program Management Department of FLTREADCEN EAST.
QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Fleet Support Team (FST) expertise, developing and implementing policies, controls and operating procedures, effectively managing operational requirements, and developing acquisition and sustainment strategies.. Major DutiesYou will provide program management expertise and evaluate requirements to plan and monitor.You will collaborate with team personnel for the development of project or program guidance.You will translate program guidance into policy direction and provide assistance to the team staff, members and leadership.You will plan adequate and administrative and procurement lead times, realistic development schedules and cost effective procurement.
