Job SummaryYou will serve as a LEAD FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the COMPTROLLER GROUP, BUDGET FORM, JUST & EXECUTION DEPARTMENT, MISSION AREA SUPPORT DIVISION of NAWCADLAKEHURST.
QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing some or all of the following duties: Performing Navy Working Capital Fund (NWCF) budget operations, leading a budget analyst overhead team, with primary responsibility for the successful development of the Service Cost Center (SCC) Rate Builders and A-11 Budget. Managing Progress-to-Plan (P2P) submissions, conducting monthly execution/analysis reviews of SCCs, and preparing the Monthly Overhead Department Execution Summary. Communicating assignments, coach team members on problem-solving, recommend workload distribution, and monitor progress; and Facilitating team coordination, maintain essential reference materials, report accomplishments, represent the team's needs, and lead efforts to improve work processes.
