QualificationsResumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess the following: 1. Three (3) months of laboring experience required. 2. Must have the ability to use, control, and clean tools and power equipment used. 3. Have the ability to follow oral and/or written instructions involving duties with several distinct tasks or steps without constant supervisor of each task assigned.

Major DutiesMows grass, lays sod. weeds flowerbeds, trims and edges walkways and lawns.Prunes shrubs and trees; applies fertilizer, waters plants, cleans out drainage ditches, shovels snow from walks and driveways.Digs, fills and tamps soil and gravel in earth excavations; levels ground using pock, shovel, tamper and rake.Adjusts, cleans, oils and changes attachments on machines.Maintains stock of cleaning materials and implements used; and notifies supervisor when additional materials are needed.Performs other duties as assigned.
