Summary: Plans coordinates provides intervenes and evaluates the care of assigned patients based on the treatment plan and individual patient needs. Participates with the interdisciplinary team to establish an individualized plan of care for each patient. Develops a nursing diagnosis and establishes care objectives. Education:
• Associate degree in a Nursing Program from an Accredited School of Nursing Education specialization: Experience:
• Minimum of 1-year relevant nursing experience Credentials:
• State of FL RN License • American Heart or Red Cross BLS ACLS and PALS (current)
