• Understand customer’s needs and translate consumer, product & fragrance insights into customers’ business to support their reactive projects.
• Assist creative work of Marketing team, such as development, adaptation, and translation of marketing presentations for internal and client projects. • Assist routine work of MKT team, such as market product purchase, stock management etc. • Support other tasks assigned by team leader. Requirements:
• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in English, Literature, Media, Marketing, or related disciplines.
• Language & Communication:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese (CET 6 / TEM 8 / IELTS ≥ 6.5).
• Skills:
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Photoshop) is a strong advantage.
• Personal Attributes:
• Open-minded, proactive, and eager to learn. • Strong sense of teamwork and cross-cultural communication skills. • Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure with tight deadlines. • Keen observation skills, good fashion and aesthetic sense and genuine interest or knowledge in perfumes, personal care or home care categories are preferred.
