As an ML Ops & LLM Ops Engineer-Senior Associate-Analytics as service - Consult, you will play a pivotal role in delivering managed services that streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency for our clients. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will focus on transitioning and managing services, overseeing delivery teams, and optimizing processes to provide exceptional service. Your work will involve continuous improvement and the strategic management of delivery risk.
As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client relationships and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, growing your personal brand and technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear. Responsibilities
- Managing and optimizing managed services processes and tools to enhance client operations - Leading delivery teams in the execution of service management strategies and performance improvement initiatives - Utilizing project management skills to streamline operations and reduce costs for clients - Developing and implementing automation frameworks to improve service delivery and operational efficiency - Engaging with stakeholders to identify opportunities for business process improvement and transformation - Analyzing complex data to inform insights and recommendations for continuous process improvement - Upholding professional and technical standards in all client engagements - Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored managed services solutions - Mentoring junior team members to foster skill development and professional growth

Role: Senior Associate – MLOps / LLMOps Engineer Level: Senior Associate
Tower: AI Platform Engineering & MLOps (AI Managed Services)
Experience: 5–8 years
Key Skills: AWS Cloud & Infrastructure; MLOps & LLMOps; DevOps & CI/CD; Model & Artifact Versioning; Secure Deployments; Observability & Release Governance
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s or relevant cloud/DevOps certifications preferred)
Work Location: Anywhere in India (Preferably Hyderabad / Bangalore)
Required Skills
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of MLOps and LLMOps concepts and lifecycle management.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines using GitHub.
• Solid DevOps fundamentals, including automation and environment management.
• Experience managing secrets and secure configurations.
• Familiarity with model and artifact versioning practices.
• Experience deploying services and supporting controlled production releases.
• Strong collaboration and documentation skills.
