What You'll Do Join our dynamic team at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact transformation projects for state-owned enterprises (SOEs) across a range of sectors, including but not limited to financial services, industrial goods, energy, and public services. This position offers a unique opportunity to accelerate your career through extensive professional growth and development. As a Specialized Consultant, you will:
• Own analysis and problem-solving for defined workstreams within a project — from framing the issue to building the recommendation • Act as a day-to-day point of contact for client counterparts, building the trust needed to drive change inside complex client organizations • Present progress and recommendations directly to project leadership, shaping how findings get communicated to the client • Contribute to new business development, including shaping case proposals for assigned engagements This is a hands-on, client-facing role for someone focused on driving the execution and implementation of transformation programs — going beyond advisory to deliver measurable change on the ground.
What You'll Bring
• 3–8 years of relevant post-graduation work experience • A track record of involvement in long-term transformation, operational improvement, or implementation initiatives is highly valued • Experience in sectors such as financial services, industrial goods, energy, or public services preferred • Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with senior client counterparts • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and proficiency in English (both verbal and written) • A proactive mindset, enthusiasm for learning, and a strong drive for professional and personal growth
