We are looking for an S&OP Supply & Demand Planner to join our team in Copenhagen on a temporary basis as maternity cover until November 2027. In this role, you will support tactical and operational planning across the business, helping ensure that decisions are based on transparent data, strong analysis, and aligned priorities.
You will work closely with the S&OP Supply & Demand Manager, the wider S&OP team, and colleagues across our global organization. The role will give you the opportunity to contribute directly to planning routines, KPI tracking, forecast accuracy, inventory follow-up, and operational performance improvements.

The opportunity
As our temporary S&OP Supply & Demand Planner, you will support data-based planning and decision-making by applying your analytical, controlling, and technical skills. Your primary focus will be to support and follow up on Sales & Operations Planning processes as well as support continues improvements.
You will be based in Copenhagen and report to the S&OP Supply & Demand Manager. The role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders across functions and regions, and you will play an important part in ensuring that operational priorities are followed up and supported by strong data insights.
The primary tasks:
• Execute and support tactical and operational planning routines in alignment with targets and priorities.
• Follow up across the supply chain to help ensure global operational teams are working on the right units at the right time.
• Support induction planning for MROs by coordinating priorities based on demand, supply, and asset status.
• Track and follow up on Turn Around Time across the full supply chain and highlight key priorities.
• Identify risks and opportunities in a timely manner to support correct asset allocation across regions.
• Execute inventory follow-up, forecast analysis, KPI tracking, and reporting to improve forecast accuracy and operational performance.

• You hold a degree within supply chain, business administration, production engineering, or a similar field.
• You have 2-5 years of relevant work experience, which may include relevant student roles.
• You have strong Excel skills and enjoy working with data and analysis.
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI is considered an advantage.
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, and enjoy working in an international environment.
• You have a strong analytical mindset and enjoy diving into details while keeping the bigger picture in mind.
