More Than a Physical Therapy Job
Healthcare is changing.
Patients are paying more out of pocket than ever before. Many simply cannot afford the cost of therapy within large health systems, leaving them without the care they need.
At New Life Physical Therapy, we believe quality musculoskeletal care should be accessible, affordable, and centered around people—not bureaucracy.
For more than 20 years, we've been helping our communities move better, feel better, and live better by providing exceptional care with transparent pricing, flexible care options, and a commitment to treating every patient like family.
As a PTA, you'll play an essential role in helping patients regain confidence, restore movement, and achieve goals they once thought were out of reach.
Recognized for Our Commitment
In 2026, New Life Physical Therapy was honored with the APTA Wisconsin Private Practice Award, recognizing our commitment to advancing private practice physical therapy in Wisconsin. While we're proud of this recognition, we're even more proud of what it represents: expanding access to affordable, high-quality care, investing deeply in our team, and helping shape the future of physical therapy.
Be Part of Something Bigger
We believe exceptional outcomes happen when Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants work together as one team.
At New Life, our PTAs are trusted, respected, and empowered to make meaningful contributions to patient care every day. You'll work alongside experienced therapists who value collaboration, mentorship, and helping one another grow. Rather than simply following a treatment plan, you'll become an integral part of each patient's recovery journey while practicing to the full extent of the PTA role.
Our Mission
We exist to improve the health of our communities by making exceptional physical therapy accessible to everyone.
• Helping patients navigate insurance
• Offering affordable self-pay options
• Creating solutions for those who otherwise could not receive care
• Focusing on long-term health instead of short-term symptom management
Every day we hear, "I didn’t think I could afford physical therapy." Helping those individuals regain their quality of life is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do.
Who We're Looking For
• Committed to delivering exceptional patient care
• Positive, collaborative, and team-oriented
• Driven to continuously learn and improve
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Invested in building lasting relationships with patients and teammates
• Passionate about making a meaningful difference in people's lives
Whether you're just beginning your career or bring years of experience, we value mindset, character, and a willingness to grow as much as technical skill.
What You'll Do
• Deliver high-quality one-on-one patient care under the direction of a Physical Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans using exercise, manual techniques, and therapeutic interventions
• Monitor patient progress and communicate effectively with supervising PTs
• Educate patients on movement, recovery, and long-term health strategies
• Contribute to an outstanding patient experience and positive clinic culture
• Collaborate with the team to achieve exceptional outcomes
We Invest in Our People
We know the best patient outcomes happen when our people are supported. That's why we intentionally invest in:
• Structured mentorship
• Continuing education support
• Clinical collaboration
• Leadership and professional growth opportunities
• Flexible scheduling in an otherwise highly scheduled profession
• A supportive culture where questions are encouraged and ideas are welcomed
You won't simply be given a schedule—you'll be developed as a healthcare professional.
Qualifications
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Wisconsin PTA license (or eligible)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Growth mindset and commitment to excellence
What We Offer
• Competitive compensation and benefits
• Professional mentorship and clinical development
• Collaborative, growth-focused team culture
• Flexible scheduling
• No weekends or holidays
• The opportunity to make a meaningful impact in your community
