Position Summary:
The Warehouse Production Technician is responsible for assembling products, operating shop equipment, maintaining warehouse organization, and supporting the overall upkeep of the facility. This position requires employees to work safely and efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting daily production goals.
Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Multi-Tier Rack (MTR) Assembly
• Assemble Multi-Tier Rack (MTR) systems using hand tools and power drills.
• Read and interpret assembly prints and drawings to ensure products are built to specifications.
• Inspect completed assemblies for quality, accuracy, and proper workmanship.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards.
2. Material Cutting & Fabrication
• Measure and cut materials according to production prints and work orders.
• Safely operate shop equipment, including:
• Band saws
• Hand saws
• Shear machines
• Verify material dimensions before and after cutting.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations.
3. Palletizing & Shipping Preparation:
• Securely stack completed MTR assemblies on pallets.
• Band pallets using approved materials.
• Wrap pallets to prepare products for storage or shipment.
• Ensure pallets are stable and properly labeled when required.
4. Warehouse & Facility Upkeep:
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Remove scrap materials and keep work areas clean throughout each shift.
• Assist with general building maintenance as needed.
• Perform outdoor property maintenance, including:
• Operating a zero-turn mower
• Operating a string trimmer/weed eater
• Maintaining clean and presentable grounds
5. Warehouse Inventory:
• Maintain accurate inventory of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Return tools and equipment to their designated storage locations after use.
• Notify supervisors when materials or supplies are running low.
• Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization.

Physical Requirements:
• Frequently lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach for extended periods.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment.
• Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions when performing property maintenance.
