• Can accomplish and maintain Vehicle & Sales Certifications through Subaru on-line Certification testing.
• Will not be satisfied with walk-in & call-in buyers alone but will master the present and past opportunities in the CRM, following up through texting/calling/emailing and sending videos to convert customer inquiries to showroom appointments
• A team player who accepts continued training/coaching to continuously improve.
• Is reliable, on time and shows up ready.
