Massive is seeking a reliable, safety-conscious, and customer-service-oriented Driver to join our team.
Our drivers do more than operate company vehicles—they are ambassadors for our company on the road and at customer locations. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to road safety, excellent customer service skills, and experience transporting heavy loads using a semi-tractor trailer.
The position involves the safe delivery and pickup of rental equipment, loading and unloading equipment, securing equipment for transportation, and assisting with the installation and setup of equipment at customer job sites.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the safe and proper operation of rental equipment and clearly explain operating procedures and safety features to customers.
A minimum of three (3) years' experience driving a semi-tractor trailer carrying heavy loads is required. Previous experience with construction equipment rentals, equipment deliveries, or the rental industry will be considered an asset.
The successful candidate must be a dependable team player and willing to assist in other areas of the business, including the portable toilet division, event division, and rental yard, as operationally required.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Safely load, secure, transport, unload, and deliver rental equipment to customer locations in a timely and professional manner.
• Complete required pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate driver logs.
• Demonstrate the safe operation and safety features of rental equipment to customers.
• Explain proper operating procedures and determine the customer's ability to safely use the equipment.
• Assist with equipment installation, setup, positioning, and removal at customer job sites.
• Follow delivery and pickup instructions provided by Dispatch or the Supervisor.
• Maintain the cleanliness, serviceability, and appearance of company vehicles, equipment, and rental inventory.
• Communicate effectively with Dispatch, Supervisors, customers, and coworkers.
• Greet and assist customers in the rental area as required.
• Assist other departments and areas of the company as required.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Comply with all government safety requirements and traffic laws at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
The position requires the ability to work in a physically demanding outdoor environment, including:
• Frequent lifting of equipment and materials weighing up to 90 lbs.
• Frequent holding, grasping, pushing, pulling, chaining, and securing equipment.
• Frequent use of hands and feet to operate vehicles and equipment.
• Loading, unloading, and securing heavy equipment for transportation.
• Exposure to sun, heat, extreme temperatures, loud noise, dust, gas, fumes, and other outdoor conditions.
• Work at customer job sites and in the rental yard.
• Overtime, weekend, and night work may occasionally be required.
Required Skills, Education and Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Group 4 Cayman Islands Driver's Licence.
• Minimum of three (3) years' experience driving a semi-tractor trailer carrying heavy loads.
• Clean driving record.
• Customer service experience or training.
• Knowledge of the safe operation of construction equipment.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 70 lbs.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Ability to navigate efficiently and arrive at customer locations on time.
• Professional appearance and courteous manner.
• Ability to speak English clearly and write legibly.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Assets / Preferred Qualifications
• Previous construction equipment rental experience.
• Previous rental industry experience.
• Experience delivering or installing construction equipment.
• Customer service training.
• Computer literacy.
