About the role:
As a QC Technician, you’ll support day-to-day laboratory testing and Quality Control activities across AROA. You’ll receive and track samples, perform routine testing, support environmental monitoring and help maintain high laboratory and documentation standards.
This is a hands-on entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build their career in Quality Control and gain experience in a regulated laboratory environment. You’ll be supported by an experienced team and trained in AROA’s processes and testing methods.
What you’ll be doing
• Perform routine Quality Control testing of in-process materials and finished products.
• Receive, register and track samples and testing activities.
• Support environmental monitoring and water system testing.
• Record and review results, escalating any issues as required.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, consumables, cleanliness and GLP standards.
• Complete QC documentation, reports and records accurately.
• Support audits, investigations and continuous improvement activities.
• Work collaboratively with Manufacturing, Quality and Development teams.

What you’ll bring
• A relevant science qualification or equivalent laboratory experience.
• Previous laboratory experience is advantageous but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to your work.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
• A proactive, adaptable and collaborative approach.
• A willingness to learn and develop your technical skills.
