Position Title: Management Trainee (Financial Markets Apprenticeship and Strategic Training Program) Role Exposure: Develop an in-depth understanding on the Financial Markets management of the strongest bank in the Philippines Hone your leadership skills and build a competitive profile for a rewarding career as an officer of the Bank Take part in an extensive career progression and learn from the best Bankers in the industry Job Summary: FAST (Financial Markets Apprenticeship and Strategic Training Program), is a comprehensive 6-month management training program designed for high-potential fresh graduates and early-career professionals. FAST offers a clear path for personal and professional development, equipping participants with the knowledge, skills, and experience to become future officers of the Bank. At the end of the 6-month management training program, the participants will be able to perform the entry-level officer functions in a specific area of Financial Markets Sector. Qualifications: Graduate from a top-tier / well-known university, preferably with Latin honors. Solid foundational understanding of financial markets, including foreign exchange, fixed income, economics, and investment products. Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and present clear insights. Passionate about building a long-term career in financial markets, particularly in Investment Sales, Treasury and Trust Banking. Demonstrates strong learning agility, discipline, and resilience in a fast-paced environment. Sales experience is an advantage, particularly in client-facing roles or financial product selling. Mandarin proficiency is an advantage, especially for roles interacting with regional or offshore institutional clients.
