GENERAL INFORMATION: Embedded Software Project Management Engineer Your Key Responsibilities: Responsible for delivering the technical content of the Software Engineering discipline for a project. Leads and coordinates the technical activities performed by the SW development teams (estimation, planning, task assignment ...) and escalates issues which cannot be solved within the team. Approves the technical solution of the SW Subsystem and drives the SW Release and deliveries. Coordinate other disciplines Your Qualifications: Project Management Competency (Stakeholder Management, Change Management and Problem Resolution Management, Escalation Management, Review and Release Management, Customer Relationship Management) Total 5 to 10 years of experience in automotive or comparable field with customer contact At least finished one project from Acquisition to Production launch successfully (as team member) SW Product Development Process knowhow At least functional leadership highly preferred Worked as team member in an international team Good Communication and Negotiation skills As a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
