As one of the world’s largest lift truck manufacturers, we are committed to providing the customer with the safest, most efficient and ergonomic lift truck possible to lower their total cost of ownership Lead Office Cleaning Heavy Job Duties Lead the floorcare team by coordinating weekly work assignments, training employees, and supporting department operations. Monitor staff performance, ensure compliance with company policies, and report facility and team updates to the supervisor. Perform specialized floorcare services, including stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet cleaning in office and guest facilities. Maintain the appearance and functionality of facilities through window washing, upholstery and cubicle cleaning, light fixture maintenance, bulb replacement, and power washing entrances. Ensure all work meets company standards, maintain an organized storage area, report equipment issues, and complete other assigned duties as needed. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Work Authorization: Crown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
