Type of contract: Employment contract Salary range: 15000 - 23000 PLN gross What will you do? You will join a customer-facing software project and take ownership of quality assurance activities across mobile, API, and UI layers. You will work closely with business stakeholders and development teams to define testing strategies, identify risks, improve QA processes, and ensure high-quality software releases in an Agile environment. Your tasks Define and maintain test strategies, test plans, and QA approaches Analyze requirements and identify testing scope and quality risks Execute and coordinate manual and automated testing activities Perform mobile, API, and UI testing Collaborate with clients and stakeholders on quality-related topics Prepare test documentation, reports, and quality metrics Support automation strategy and framework improvements Drive quality initiatives and recommend mitigation actions Mentor and support junior QA team members Cooperate with cross-functional Agile teams to ensure successful releases Your skills At least 7 years of commercial experience in software testing and quality assurance Strong knowledge of testing techniques and quality assurance best practices Hands-on experience with mobile, API, and UI testing Experience creating and maintaining test strategies and test plans Experience working directly with clients and business stakeholders Ability to define testing scope, assess quality risks, and recommend mitigation actions Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Programming experience in Java, JavaScript, or Python Experience with test automation frameworks and tools Strong understanding of SDLC, QA methodologies, and Agile development practices Experience with Git Experience with JIRA and test management tools Experience creating test documentation, reports, and quality metrics Ability to work independently and take ownership of quality decisions Experience mentoring junior team members Fluent English and Polish Nice to have Experience with Appium Experience with Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress Experience with REST Assured or Postman/Newman Practical experience with TDD and BDD Knowledge of CI/CD processes and DevOps practices Experience with performance and non-functional testing Experience leading testing activities in cross-functional or distributed teams Experience working in international customer-facing environments We offer Hybrid work in one of our locations: Poznan, Krakow, Wroclaw (2 office days per week) Working in a highly experienced and dedicated team Benefit package tailored to your needs (medical, sport, lunch subsidy, life insurance, etc.) Online training and certifications Access to e-learning platform Work From Anywhere (up to 140 days/year abroad) Social events
