Job Overview Oversees a team of technical specialists. Job Requirements For recruiting Vendor On Site Technical Specialist to focus on migration and NPI ramp up and daily orders executions on site in supplier plant for PBL NPI/Migration. Mass production items, improve ECE performance such as On time delivery, Leadtime, Past due to target date，monitor capacity and manpower resource, 6Ms readiness, process quality control, identify any continous improvement opportunities for delivery and quality etc., to support the business growth and improve customer satisfaction, to ensure co operation smoothly. Follow instruction from Manager. Production & Delivery on site for Migration and NPI projects 1. On site support safe launch and ramp up. follow up ramp up progress. 2. Support supplier to generate plans and monitor actual attainment to back to normal 3. Focus on compatibility /capacity / 6Ms readiness, clarify timelines and responsible persons, monitor plan vs. actual, report abnormal cases, on site capacity confirmation including common machines, 4. Follow up any escalation case from supply chain or other team members, coordinate supplier on site actions. 5. Understand production status and report abnormal cases or risks which will delay schedule Mass production order fulfillment planning and production 1. Undertake mass production orders and long time capacity to meet the KPIs, to ensure no capacity risk 2. Cooperate with supplier Production departments and Planning to check production line loading, coordinate production scheduling plans, follow supply chain priorities for urgent cases 3. On site or organize meeting to follow up urgent cases, track the progress Supplier quality 1. Collaborate with SQE/ASQE & supplier to align TE standards 2. Support SQE to verify improvement actions of 8D reports 3. Random spot checking for OQC or process control 4. On site check 6Ms readiness, or followed well by supplier 5. To confirm the effectiveness and accuracy of quality data, to calculate and follow yield improvement for those ket product line 6. Support SQE/ASQE to follow up quality issue 7. Production line audit, summarize the findings, actions and data efficiently. Supplier Continuous Improvement 1. Identify any continuous improvement opportunities for better ECE and quality 2. Work with supplier and CFT to on-site process audit and assist to collect production data and analyse them to find process improvement opportunities, to enhance performance 3. Organize supplier training or workshop if needed, to ensure supplier know TE requirements well and co operation process well KPI review and process optimization 1. Follow manager requirement to implement KPI for OTD, STR, PDT, LT etc. to target date, 2. Synchronize key progress and abnormal issues of projects/orders daily, issue progress reports, fulfillment rate statistics and problem closure reports weekly. 3. Regularly review project promotion efficiency and order & action delivery compliance, and optimize tracking processes and risk early warning, 4. As bridge and representative of TE, to collect the concerns from both sides to ensure co operation smoothly What your background should look like Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional level experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level Competencies Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork
