Short Description We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Purchasing Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and managing tooling suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality tooling solutions that support our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in the automotive industry and a strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and cost optimization. Key Responsibilities Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers for tooling and related services. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms in line with company budgets and business objectives. Monitor supplier performance regarding quality, delivery, cost, and compliance with industry standards. Collaborate closely with Manufacturing Engineering and Production teams to ensure requirements and technical specifications are met. Analyze market trends, cost drivers, and supplier capabilities to support procurement strategies and cost reduction initiatives. Manage purchase orders, monitor deliveries, and resolve supply chain and supplier-related issues. Ensure compliance with company policies, automotive industry regulations, and sustainability initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to support long-term business objectives. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field. Proven experience in tooling procurement within the automotive industry. Strong negotiation, sourcing, and supplier management skills. Knowledge of cost analysis, procurement strategies, and automotive quality standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Advanced English skills (written and verbal). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
