Closing date: 27/08/2026 Number of positions: 1 Recruiter name: Elgera Guadalquiver Reference number: 72761 Mediclinic Airport Road Hospital | Abu Dhabi | United Arab Emirates MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB To lead and manage nursing and allied health services and work collaboratively with all stakeholders to ensure quality clinical services To support and drive clinical operational efficiency and effectiveness as a strategic imperative KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS To provide strong leadership to the team To actively drive, ensure compliance to and support a culture of quality care To support the development, implementation and monitoring of the nursing strategic plan to ensure that clinical and operational goals are met To actively manage and facilitate patient safety and other risk processes and practices Support with workforce planning and resource management to ensure a balance is achieved between clinical quality care and operational efficiency Build and maintain sustainable and productive relationships to ensure a high level of patient experience/satisfaction and integrated patient care REQUIRED EDUCATION Licensed or eligible for licensing as a registered nurse with the relevant Healthcare Authority in the UAE Master’s Degree in a related field will be an advantage REQUIRED EXPERIENCE At least 5 years’ unit manager/nursing management experience in a large healthcare setting REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE All applicants will be considered, with the understanding that preference will be given to the designated groups in accordance with the United Arab Emirates Emiratization Program.
