KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS Lead a team of coordinators Ensure an effective staff placement service is provided to our clients Compile month-end reports and address deviations Assist in growing the business and engaging with clients Manage code of conduct REQUIRED EDUCATION ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: Diploma or degree in Nursing or Diploma or a degree in EMC DESIRED EDUCATION: Diploma or a degree in Management REQUIRED EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: At least 2 – 3 years as a Registered nurse or ALS in a managerial role Experience in the Healthcare Industry Experience in investigating adn managing near-miss events DESIRED EXPERIENCE: Experience in the temporary employment services industry Experience in staff recruitment and selection REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Demonstrate excellent knowledge of healthcare professions’ structure and scope of practice, e.g., nursing and emergency services Code of conduct: knowledge and application in the workplace Familiar with relevant legislation such as the Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA) and Labour Relations Act (LRA), and the ability to apply this in the workplace Displays strong administrative skills Demonstrate exceptional client service skills and the ability to pursue potential clients Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Leadership skills Computer Literacy (Microsoft Office) Good computer skills, the ability to learn new systems All applicants will be considered, with the understanding that preference will be given in accordance with the Employment Equity Plan of Mediclinic Southern Africa, as well as internal applicants/employees that meet the minimum requirements.
