Job Responsibilities Coordinate supplier schedules by monitoring scheduled cases, supplier confirmations, arrivals, and compliance with agreed arrival times and communication requirements. Manage inbound receiving and case flow by tracking scheduled, confirmed, and received cases, monitoring fill rates, and ensuring accurate recording and movement to put-away. Monitor supplier and truck performance by tracking on-time arrivals, truck turnaround time, delays, and supplier non-compliance, including uninformed and turned-back cases. Manage put-away operations by allocating staff, monitoring operator productivity, and tracking put-away times and efficiency. Manage workforce and manpower utilization by monitoring attendance, receiver performance, and ensuring effective allocation of staff across receiving and put-away activities. Monitor and report operational KPIs including Case Fill Rate, Case to Line Ratio, Supplier On-Time Arrival %, Truck Turnaround Time, and Operator Productivity, while identifying variances and recommending corrective actions. Person Specifications Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar industry. Diploma-level or higher education in a relevant field. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to manage operational challenges effectively.
