You’ll turn complex, large-scale data into clear, actionable insights that directly shape business decisions across user acquisition, retention, and monetization.
This role is key to helping teams work more efficiently and smarter by building reliable reporting systems and uncovering opportunities hidden in the data.

Own end-to-end analysis: from querying raw data to delivering clear, actionable insightsBuild and optimize dashboards to track product and business performance in real timeIdentify growth opportunities across acquisition, retention, and monetization- and recommend data-driven actionsEnsure data accuracy by investigating and resolving inconsistenciesPartner closely with product and development teams to provide data-driven recommendations and drive impactWho you would be working with

Proficient in SQL with experience working on large, complex datasetsPractical experience with BI tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)Solid experience in quantitative analysis (4–5 years) in tech or digital productsSolid understanding of business metrics, especially monetization and performance trackingAbility to manage multiple projects in a rapid environmentFluent English communication (written and spoken)WHO YOU ARE
