Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Demonstrates and promotes the company visionRegular attendance and punctualityReceive samples for analysis and enters all pertinent information concerning testing, reporting, and billing of samples in the computer system per applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Work interactively with the technical staff to help ensure that clients’ expectations are met with regards to testing, reporting, and invoicingProficient in performing the duties of Sample RegistrationTroubleshoot and assist others with troubleshooting Fresh Desk tickets to resolve customer issuesPerform sample verification and monitor test codes to determine the appropriateness for the matrix receivedEnsure all work is completed as necessary when co-workers are absent.Organize tasks in Sample RegistrationMaintain cooperative working relationships with coworkers and other company employeesAssist in training of new staff in Sample RegistrationAssist with maintaining/updating Sample Registration procedures, Work Instructions or flow charts.Manage time in a manner that ensures a high degree of productivity.Proficient in sample preparationStrong understanding of sample flow and sample priorities to maximize productivityMaintain a perpetual state of readiness and willingness to respond to the queries and needs of clients, staff, and co-workers.Proficient typing ability, accuracy, and speedConducts all activities in a safe and efficient mannerPerforms other duties as assigned To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. High School Diploma requiredAssociate’s Degree in science preferred, or equivalentType 45 words per minuteExcellent interpersonal and organizational skills.Excellent communication skills. Excellent attention to detail
