Key Responsibilities
Formulation PreparationAccurately weigh reagents and excipients per formulation SOPsMix and prepare formulations according to written protocolsAnalytical Testing (UPLC)Prepare samples and run UPLC for formulation/content analysisFollow SOPs for method setup, solvent/mobile phase prep, sample injection, and data analysisCharacterization TestingPerform texture analyzer testing on microneedle arrays (e.g., mechanical strength, insertion force) per SOPPerform microscopic evaluation of microneedle arrays (e.g., needle integrity, morphology) per SOPMaintain accurate lab notebooks/records for all tasks performedFollow all lab safety and documentation standards Required Background & Skills
