Eurofins Drinking Water and Wastewater Central in Huntsville, TX is seeking an Assistant Project Manager I to join our team!
The Assistant Project Manager I supports the Project Management staff by coordinating project setup, sample tracking, client communications, reporting, and invoicing activities. This role helps ensure projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time while delivering excellent client service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Project set-upCreates bottle ordersSchedules courier or field sampler, if neededConfirms non-Eurofins Environment Testing America subcontract labs are on the approved list and set up as vendors for existing workGenerates accounting software requisition when sending subcontract samplesSample ReceiptReviews log-inGenerates subcontract paperworkSends client sample receipt confirmationReviews draft invoiceConfirms that any client needed information (purchase order, project number, etc.) is recorded in LIMS for invoicingReportingCreates and issues final report by client due dateIssues final data packageState reporting forms and submissionData uploadCompiles case narrativeInvoicingReviews final invoice before issuing to clientGenerates credit/debit memos as neededSubmits credit/debit memos for approvalSubmits approved credit/debit memos to client, if neededSubmits revised invoices Education:
Associates degree (four years client-relationship/client service experience may substitute for degree)Experience:
1-3 years business experience requiredPrefer bench chemist experienceStrong computer skills, using routine software applications, such as
Outlook, Office, Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint.Proven client service skills The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m.- 5 p.m. with overtime as needed.

Compensation Range: $15 - $20 / hour (DOE)
