Core Responsibilities:

To perform this role successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skill or ability required:

Generate valid and accurate EMC test results in accordance with CISPR, FCC, ISO, ETSI and IEC/EN standards.Follow the specific Product / Family / Particular standards and (C63.4) for all EMC tests.Perform verification on test instruments to ensure accuracy and quality.Follow internal quality processes and procedures.Update METrak daily for project related tasksComplete and upload project data sheets to METrak dailyReview EMC test reports to ensure accuracy.Participates in professional technical training, conferences and in-person client meetings as neededCommunicate and report significant negative and/or positive feedback to leadership timely for addressing project related customer issuesAdheres to all company policies regarding Quality Assurance & Control, Ethics and Health & SafetyDisplays an enthusiastic demeanor to support a positive work environmentInitiate and respond to calls and email from customers promptly per customer service expectations.Guide customers (and potential customers) on regulatory/market requirements by being resourceful and responsive.Performs other duties as assignedAs-needed Responsibilities:

Contribute to team efforts of customer arrivals, scheduling, and conflict resolutionOther duties as deemed appropriate by management and for which management believes adequate experience exists, or for which knowledge can be easily obtained to perform such dutiesTravel as needed according to company guidelines 5 years of experience with worldwide EMC requirements based on CISPR, FCC, ISO, IEC/EN standards.Experience with different lab equipment: EMI receiver, antenna, LISN, signal generator, ESD/EFT/Surge generator.Strong written and verbal communications skills including the ability to communicate effectively in a group setting with colleagues and clients.Ability to perform multiple tasks.Ability to work independently.Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet or exceed deadlines.Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or similar discipline.Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated attention to details and good documentation skillsMust have computer (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook) and office related skillsPhysical Demands:

$45.67-$60.10 per hourSchedule:

The position is full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.What we offer:
