General Ledger & Reporting Accountant

What you’ll be doing
As a General Ledger & Reporting Accountant, you’ll take ownership of key accounting processes and contribute directly to the financial health and transparency of our organization.
Your day-to-day will include:
General Ledger & Month-End Close
Execute and oversee GL activities with accuracy and efficiencyActively contribute to month-end close and financial reportingPrepare and review journal entries, including complex and ad hoc postingsFixed Assets & Core Accounting
Manage end-to-end Fixed Assets processes (additions, disposals, depreciation)Handle complex accounting scenarios and ensure compliance with standardsReconciliations & Analysis
Perform intercompany reconciliations and resolve discrepanciesPrepare Balance Sheet reconciliations and investigate variancesDeliver insightful P&L and Balance Sheet analysisReporting & Compliance
Manage corporate reporting packages and upload data into reporting tools (e.g., Cognos)Support VAT, tax reporting, and audit processesEnsure full compliance with internal controls and accounting standardsProcess Improvement & Collaboration
Identify and implement process improvementsWork closely with Finance teams, Controllers, and business stakeholdersSupport transitions, documentation, and knowledge sharing What we’re looking for
Experience & Education
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar2+ years of experience in Record-to-Report (RtR) accountingExperience in SSC/BPO environments is a plusSkills & Mindset
Strong ownership and ability to work independentlyAnalytical mindset with attention to detailExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, international environmentTechnical Know-how
Solid understanding of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP)Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools (e.g., Cognos)Advanced Excel skillsLanguages
English (B2 or higher)Additional languages are a plus
