Support marketing plan and activities for products within the competitive arenaWork with our teams on strategy that will support advanced insights, value propositions, and supporting collateral that describe the unique benefits of ServiceNowCoordinate product launches including messaging and positioning, internal communications, and field/event marketingDetermine measurements and develop automated dashboards that connect data from all data sourcesPartner with product teams to design and administer the results of A/B and multivariate testsImplement the research and data strategy for the life cycle of a product. Your findings and insights will ensure designers, product managers, engineers and executives will provide the next generation products that help our customers gain value and success with ServiceNow To be successful in this role you have:

Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
