HR Generalist (m/f/d) We're seeking an HR Generalist to be the first point of contact for everything related to hiring and onboarding. You'll manage the entire recruitment process end-to-end—from drafting job descriptions and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. In our fast-paced startup environment, your work will directly shape the team and culture. - Manage the full recruitment cycle: job descriptions, postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding - Develop hiring strategies and maintain employer branding - Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates - Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs - Run interviews and feedback loops efficiently - Prepare and deliver employment offers in collaboration with leadership - Support new hires throughout the onboarding process - Help shape internal HR processes as we scale - 2+ years of full-cycle HR experience - Interview experience in tech or games - Native German - Fluent English (C1 or above) - Ability to work onsite in Munich, Germany - Valid EU work authorization - The opportunity to work on an ambitious AAA title. - A dynamic, fast-moving work environment. - Competitive salary and benefits, including relocation assistance. - A central Munich location.
