For our pharmaceutical client in Munich, we are seeking a freelance Strategic Project Manager Pharma / CCO Support (m/f/d) for a 6-month engagement (potential extension up to 12 months, part-time or full-time, min. 20h/week). In this role, you will work hybrid on-site (3 days/week) to provide strategic advisory, high-level project management, and executive communications support directly enabling the Chief Commercial Officer’s (CCO) top business priorities. - Strategic Initiative Leadership: Drive cross-functional strategic projects from concept to execution, ensuring clear governance, alignment, and timely delivery. - Executive Decision Support: Conduct rigorous strategic analyses and synthesize complex, incomplete data into clear insights, recommendations, and actionable business cases. - C-Suite & Board Communications: Prepare high-impact executive presentations, Board-level briefing documents, and strategic messaging for leadership decision-making. - Senior Stakeholder Facilitation: Drive collaboration and alignment among cross-functional, global senior leadership in a multi-layered matrix organization. - Operational Effectiveness: Identify opportunities to improve governance, execution, and operational performance across commercial priorities. - Top-Tier Consulting Experience: 3–5 years of strategy consulting background at a Tier-1 firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) is mandatory. - Industry Background: 1–3 years of experience in Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, FMCG, or an international corporate context preferred. - Education: Degree in Business, Economics, or related fields (BA/BS required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred). - Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage high-visibility initiatives and influence senior executive decision-making without direct authority. - Analytical Skills: Exceptional capability in structured problem-solving, critical thinking, and dynamic prioritization in fast-paced environments. - Languages: Business fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus. - Attractive options for shortening your personal payment term - No more time-consuming invoicing - Fast, reliable payment of fees - Conclude project contracts by means of electronic signature
