About this role

This position is ideally based in London ( LHR140 offices) but can also be considered in any other major corporate HUB in EMEA ( Barcelona, Berlin, Luxembourg, Madrid, Milan) We are looking for a Program Manager to own external supply chain loss prevention in Europe across Amazon Freight, Ship with Amazon (SWA), and WePay inbound shippers. This role is based in the UK and requires someone who can build relationships on the ground with EU Field Loss Prevention, Investigations, Ship with Amazon Operations, and Surface Transport teams. You will own the full portfolio of security solutions for EU external supply chain from smart lock pilots and seal programs to tool integrations and enterprise shipper launches. You will operate with significant autonomy while aligning to a global framework. Key job responsibilities • Own our EU loss prevention strategy, solutions, and execution • Drive Ship with Amazon EU tool parity with Amazon Fulfillment Network : Shrink Theft Identification Platform, Unified network investigations tool ecosystem, ... • Develop and execute theft mitigation plans based on data and trends • Manage WePay inbound shipper security: New shipper onboarding, compliance enforcement, carrier vetting, seal management, and security audits • Partner with the High Value Shipper Security Strategist on EU enterprise shipper launches • Own the EU Ship with Amazon claims dashboard and weekly dive-deep report • Coordinate cross-border law enforcement engagement and investigation support • Build and maintain relationships with various teams and EU partners • Contribute to MBRs and QBRs with EU-specific metrics and insights A day in the life Your morning starts with the Ship with Amazon EU claims dashboard, flagging new loss spikes to the dive-deep report. Mid-morning you're on a call with EU Field Loss Prevention aligning on an Italy theft cluster, then reviewing lock pilot data from the UK lane. After lunch you're drafting the TAPA L2 compliance audit for a WePay inbound shipper, followed by a working session with the Ship with Amazon EU Ops team on making supervised unload a standard. You close the day syncing with the team in America debriefing and best practice sharing across borders. About the team The External Supply Chain team protects Amazon's freight and parcel movements across Amazon Freight, Ship with Amazon, and WePay inbound shippers globally. These businesses serve a range of models (business to business, business to customer, and customer to customer) where volume moves through third-party carriers, shipper warehouses, terminals, and Amazon's own network with limited visibility. The team designs, pilots, and scales solutions (seals, supervised handoffs, IoT tracking, tiered shipper security frameworks) that close visibility and chain-of-custody gaps where Amazon has historically had the fewest controls. Success is measured in loss dollars reduced, claims prevented, Network Standards established, and shipper trust earned as a competitive differentiator.
