We are looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will help lead daily operations, support and develop team members, and ensure every guest leaves satisfied. *Responsibilities*
* Assist in managing day-to-day restaurant operations and staff * Lead and oversee closing procedures, ensuring the location is secure and ready for the next day * Operate and maintain the griddle station with a focus on quality burger preparation * Train, coach, and motivate team members to uphold performance and service standards * Monitor food safety, cleanliness, and compliance with health regulations * Handle customer concerns professionally and with a focus on resolution * Support inventory management, ordering, and supply tracking * Step in for the General Manager as needed
*Requirements*
* Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in food service * Hands-on experience working a griddle ? burger/grill cooking skills required * Availability to work closing shifts, including weekends * Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills * Ability to work on your feet in a fast-paced environment * Food handler certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
