The Stock Market, located inside the Granville Island Public Market, creates fresh soups, stocks, sauces, and dressings daily. We?re looking for a reliable and positive Dish Station Team Member to join our busy kitchen crew.
*Role Overview*
You?ll play a key role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly ? washing and organizing dishes, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the team during prep.
*Responsibilities*
* Clean and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils * Keep the dish area tidy, organized, and safe * Help with light food prep or packaging when needed * Follow all food safety and sanitation practices * Communicate with the kitchen team and report any issues promptly * Work efficiently during busy daytime service hours
*What We?re Looking For*
* Previous kitchen or dishwashing experience * Reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking * Able to stay upbeat and focused in a fast-paced setting * Team player with a positive attitude * Effective communication skills * Full time availability
