*Job Overview ? Landscape Laborer*
We?re looking for a reliable, hardworking, and *attentive* *Landscape Laborer* to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role working outdoors in all types of weather. You'll assist in both landscape construction and property maintenance, contributing to projects that truly transform residential and commercial spaces.
*Responsibilities*
* *Machine Operation:* Safely and efficiently operate compact equipment, including stand-on loaders and mini-excavators, for grading, trenching, and material moving. * *Technical Installations:* Assist in the installation of garden irrigation systems and the planting of specimen trees and ornamental shrubs. * *Hardscape & Prep:* Perform site preparation for landscape construction, including garden removals and concrete base preparation. * *Property Restoration:* Execute "stealth" site cleanup, ensuring all job sites are left in pristine, "white-glove" condition upon project completion. * *Material Handling:* Manage the loading, unloading, and placement of bulk materials such as specialized topsoil, stone, and heavy nursery stock. * *Tool Maintenance:* Responsible for the daily upkeep and cleanliness of professional equipment and hand tools. * *Site Safety:* Maintain a safe workspace by following all industry standards and navigating around existing utilities and structures with precision.
*Qualifications & Skills*
* Attentive to detail and committed to doing quality work * Basic knowledge of landscape construction techniques and materials * Experience using hand tools and landscaping equipment * Physically capable of lifting heavy materials, operating equipment, and working on your feet all day * Willingness to learn and take direction * Basic mechanical aptitude is an asset * A positive attitude and strong work ethic
