Production Support - Rotate through various areas of the sawmill to assist in production processes, including material handling, sorting, and supporting machine operators.? Material Handling and Maintenance - Lift, pull, and pile materials to maintain continuous production flow and ensure accessibility for production teams.? Safety Adherence - Follow safety protocols and participate in safety training to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.? Quality Assurance - Conduct basic quality checks to ensure products meet company standards and report discrepancies.? Team Collaboration - Work closely with your team and supervisors to meet production goals and maintain smooth operations.QUALIFICATIONSWhat We're Looking For:? No prior experience required - This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in the forestry industry.? High School Diploma or GED - Basic educational requirements to get you started.? Physical Fitness - Ability to lift, pull, and pile materials in a physically demanding environment.?
