JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are currently seeking labourers to join a large-scale windfarm construction project. This is a rotational, camp-based opportunity offering competitive wages, steady hours, and a strong commitment to safety.Position OverviewAs a Labourer with Maritime Civil & Energy Limited , you will carry out various tasks to support earthworks, road construction, and general site operations. This role requires physical stamina, awareness of safety practices, and the ability to work as part of a high-performing crew on a remote project.Work Schedule14 days on / 7 days off rotation12-hour shifts (day and night rotations may apply)Camp-based position with accommodations and meals providedRESPONSIBILITIESAssist with civil construction tasks including grading support, material handling, and site preparationPerform manual labour duties such as shoveling, raking, staking, and basic hand tool useSupport equipment operators by spotting, directing trucks, and maintaining safe working distancesSet up and dismantle work zones, signage, and barriersMaintain clean and organized work areasFollow all safety policies, participate in daily toolbox talks, and report hazardsWork collaboratively with supervisors, operators, and other crew membersQUALIFICATIONSPrevious experience in construction, heavy civil, or industrial labour considered an assetAbility to work long shifts in a remote, camp-based environmentPhysically capable of lifting, bending, climbing, and performing repetitive tasksStrong commitment to safety and teamworkAbility to follow instructions and communicate effectivelyValid driver's license preferredWhat We OfferCompetitive WagesCamp accommodations and meals provided at no costAbout UsFounded in 1882, J.D.
