What We?re Looking For
- Experience in framing, formwork, or general carpentry
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
-Not afraid of heights
- Valid driver?s license and reliable transportation
Bonus Skills (Assets, Not Dealbreakers):
- Familiarity with ICF (Insulated Concrete Forms)
- Experience with plywood forming systems
- Comfortable with concrete-related tasks
